Skrö-qüeulza Kez (/skro˞/ /ˈq˔ulza/ [compassion; empathy; sympathy] [attic]) is a subtropical Town located in the Fle̜költyo Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Skrö-qüeulza Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Skrö-qüeulza Kez was founded by Sevru Yandieri, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Skrö-qüeulza Kez has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 4°C (39°F). Skrö-qüeulza Kez receives an average of 230 cm/y (90 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Skrö-qüeulza Kez covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 4740 m (15551 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Skrö-qüeulza Kez was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1542, by Sevru Yandieri. The establishment of Skrö-qüeulza Kez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Skrö-qüeulza Kez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Skrö-qüeulza Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Skrö-qüeulza Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Skrö-qüeulza Kez is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of restrictive baked earthen streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Astonishigly, the bare minimum defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
Something in your gut tells you that you may be unwelcome in Skrö-qüeulza Kez. The town seems like it’s not showing you the side of itself it would show to others. People mostly ignore your questions. Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. Uncontrolled passions or lusts, commitment to a hopelessly impractical ideal, pigheaded obstinacy in the face of failure, a total lack of charisma or interpersonal skills, or profound laziness might all unfit them for their post.
Skrö-qüeulza Kez's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity.
